Mason-based Cintas Corp. reported its document management services have earned AAA Certification from the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) for the third consecutive year.
The certification program establishes standard for secure destruction processes for areas of a business including operational security, employee hiring and screening, the destruction process and responsible disposal and insurance.
NAID certification verifies that Cintas adheres to the information destruction security practices and standards defined by the association.
“In a time of increasingly sophisticated attempts to steal confidential data, renewing our NAID certification represents Cintas’ commitment to providing customers the best protection available,” said Karen Carnahan, president of Cintas’ document management unit.
