The Enquirer reports:
Trailing by four points with less than a minute to go in regulation, Loveland (4-9) fought back to knock off Kings (5-6) in overtime 45-44 Friday night in a boys’ basketball game.
Junior guard Bryce Pitt made two layups in the final 60 seconds and the Knights missed a 3-pointer as time expired.
In overtime, Loveland was down by one point with less than 10 seconds to go. Out of a timeout, junior guard Bryson McGillis hit the game-winning jump shot as time expired to get the win.
McGillis was the only Tiger in double figures with 10 points. Senior forward Nick Bird led the way for Kings with a game-high 13 points.
