Mason’s Bridget McElhenny is in the running for LaRosa’s MVP of the Week award.
The track and cross country standout is noted for being 1st team all-city track in the 2012 Coaches Classic champion 4×800 relay, a key runner on the 2011 Ohio State champion 4×800 relay team and all-city in cross country.
McElhenny, a senior, plans to continue her running career at the University of Dayton.
