Construction begins this week on North East Street in Mason’s historic business district.
Crews are set to begin work Wednesday on the North East Storm Sewer Improvement project. The project is to reduce flooding in the area and is expected to be completed in a month.
The roadway will be closed to through traffic on June 25-26. Traffic will be maintained during construction, with the exception of the two-day closure.
