The Mason Community Center will hold a free cooking demonstration at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 15.
Chef Maynard Hernandez will teach attendees how to perfect grilled pizza. The class, which is open to the community, will be held at the center, 6050 Mason-Montgomery Road.
