Jewish Family Service recently honored Luda Gikhman of Deerfield Township for 15 years service.
Gikhman, also a professor at Northern Kentucky University and the University of Cincinnati where she specializes in immigration and naturalization issues, serves as a care manager and English for Speakers of Other Languages instructor at Jewish Family Services.
The organization, which provides professional social services to people in need, honored Gikhman and other staff members at its 68th annual meeting held July 19 at Rockdale Temple Chapel in Amberley Village.
