Angela Travillian reports:

Anthony Melchiorri, host of the Travel Channel’s “Hotel Impossible,” endorses Cintas’ hotel cleanliness systems.

Each episode of “Hotel Impossible” highlights a property that is experiencing negative customer reviews, low occupancy levels and/or high employee turnover. Melchiorri works with hoteliers and their staffs to identify key operational issues and then transform the property into a bustling tourist destination.

Cleanliness and efficiency are two of his passions.

“One of the biggest and most basic expectations of any hotel guest is that their hotel is clean and smells nice,” Melchiorri said in a statement. He said Cintas‘ systems for cleaning tile, carpets and air conditioning units are “essential elements of running successful hotels. These services should not be considered costs.”

“We are very excited to partner with Anthony, an industry expert who shares our passion for helping hotels run more efficiently,” Todd McKeown, a Cintas vice president, said in a statement.

Besides cleaning systems, Mason-based Cintas provides services including hotel mats, chemical dispensing units and restroom supplies.
