Deerfield Township residents can now read minutes and view recordings of township public meetings online.
The township has partnered with Granicus, Inc. to offer video recordings and recorded minutes of regular meetings of the board of trustees, zoning commission, board of zoning appeals and Deerfield Regional Storm Water board.
An agenda and packet materials, but not video, will be available for trustee work sessions.
Schedules, agendas and supporting materials will be posted in advance of meetings on the township’s website at www.choosedeerfield.com. Video recordings will be made available online in the days following the meeting and the meeting’s minutes once approved.
Archived meeting recordings from November are currently available online.
