The National Weather Service has issued a bulletin, warning of a severe thunderstorm headed for Butler and Warren counties tonight.
The warning remains in effect until 7:15 p.m.; areas in the path of the storm include Kings Island amusement park, Mason, Monroe and Middletown.
At 6:25 p.m., radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing winds up to 60 mph and quarter-size hail.
The bulletin came moments after an advisory about a storm headed for Butler County, bringing winds up to 40 mph and half-inch-diameter hail.
Earlier today, thunderstorms passed through parts of Hamilton, Clermont and Campbell counties.
