Looking to score a job at Procter & Gamble? Prepare yourself for a tough interview.
The Cincinnati-based consumer products giant was named among 25 companies that have difficult interviews for job seekers, according to Glassdoor.com. The report was based on companies with at least 20 interview difficulty ratings and 20 company ratings between July 24, 2012 and July 23, 2013.
Employees from companies provided feedback on interviews the website and rated interview difficulty on a 5-point scale, with 1 as very easy and 5 as very difficult.
McKinsey & Co. had the highest difficulty rating of 3.9. P&G ranked No. 14 on the list with a rating of 3.4, however 77 percent of people said they had a positive interview experience. The company’s rating for employee satisfaction was a four on a 5-point scale.
The average rating for companies was 2.8.
