The community is invited to attend a free educational program on how to manage perfectionism Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Charles F. Brady, a psychologist with the Lindner Center of HOPE, will lead the one-hour seminar, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Mason Community Center, 6050 Mason-Montgomery Road.
Brady will help attendees understand more about “unhealthy” perfectionism, its warning signs and self-coaching and behavioral strategies.
The program is part of a free educational speaker series presented by the Lindner Center of HOPE and the city of Mason. Additional series will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.
