Shauna Steigerwald reports:
Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern’s second Cincinnati location will open next Wednesday, Oct. 23, in the former Polo Grille Restaurant in Deerfield Towne Center.
It will be the largest Rusty Bucket to date, with seating for 248 guests: 88 in the bar and 112 in the main dining room, which will have a multi-sided fireplace and modern furnishings. A heated outdoor patio will be open much of the year. There will be multiple flat screen TVs, plus a projection television above the bar, to show sports.
The chain debuted a new menu at its Rookwood Pavilion location in August. New items include an appetizer of mussels sautéed in white wine, a Thai Steak Salad and a double bacon cheddar burger. The Saturday Blue Plate Special Backyard BBQ Ribs are also now available every day.
The restaurant offers 24 draft beer selections and more than 65 bottled beers, and there are house-made cocktails.
A kid’s menu, a gluten-free menu, daily Blue Plate Specials, a weekday happy hour and daily drink specials are offered.
Rusty Bucket will open beginning with lunch service at 11 a.m. Oct. 23.
A portion of the opening day’s proceeds will be donated to Mason Schools Foundation.
