A Mason man is accused of hiding a hypodermic syringe in his anus after Cincinnati police arrested him Sunday for crashing into a parked car and consuming heroin.
Dustin Colwell, 35, was charged with possessing a drug abuse instrument and endangering children. Both are misdemeanors. He was also given a citation for OVI, failure to control and operating with a prohibited concentration of a controlled substance.
A Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputy discovered Colwell with the syringe at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Colwell was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of Spring Grove Avenue in Winton Place. Colwell had his 1-year-old child with him.
