Posted by rrichardson January 23rd, 2012, 3:41 pm Post a Comment

The Warren County Historical Society is seeking volunteer interns to assist with its digital archive project.

The goal of the multi-year project is to digitize and index thousands of letters, records, reports, photographs and other records housed in the society’s research library and vaults.

Volunteers can choose to work in specific archives, including photos, scrapbooks, family history or historical research.

Training will be provided in basic archival and preservation practices.  The society is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at 105 South Broadway Street in Lebanon.

For more information or to apply, call 513-932-1817 or go to www.wchsmuseum.org.
